We can take sheet sizes up to A2, but our foiling area is reduced to A5/A4 in one pass
depending on the job requirements.
We can foil to A4 for certificates etc., but only in relatively small quantities
using our manual laser foil machines.
So whether you are seeking total foil printING or SPOT foil added to pre-printed
stationery, please consider us.
We have the capacity to cater for small runs of less than 100 or larger runs of thousands.

Business Cards
Colorplan is the most popular board for foil printing business cards.
Available in 46 colours. It comes in a selection of weights with 270gsm, 350gsm and 540gsm the most suitable for cards.
Can be duplexed or triplexed. There are many other brands available, most notably Chromolux (250gsm).
For more luxury looking cards we can digitally print in full colour onto 450gsm board and add
foiled elements to the design.
Whilst the standard business card size is 85mm x 55mm, we can now supply 2 recently added sizes,
namely SQUARE (55mm x 55mm) and MINI (85mm x 25mm)

Slips
Conqueror is the most popular brand of quality paper for foil printing. Available in a selection of colours
in laid and smooth finishes. Comes in 100 or 120gsm weights. Again, various other brands are available, up to 160gsm,
Envelopes
We can supply printed envelopes in sizes, C5 and DL in single foil colour.
Labels
Available in rolls of 1000 in a variety of sizes and shapes including rectangle, round and oval.
They come in white, coloured, and metallic (gold & silver).
Available in a variety of adhesives according to the surface there going onto.
Invitations
We ca
produce invitations for all occasions ie wedding, birthday, anniversary, party, corporate event etc.
Can be totally foil printed or part foil, part digital/litho printed. Usually A6 or A5 sizes using a quality white board including some Italian, typically 350gsm.
Swing Tags
These can be produced to a size and shape as required, using quality boards.
5 or 6mm holes can be punched for string attachment.
Luxury Gift Paper Bags
These are available in a variety of sizes generally in white or black, gloss or matte finishes. Other bag colours are available.
Can be foiled single sided or both sides. Foiled generally in gold foil.
Gift Boxes
Again, we can foil box tops (up to 25mm deep) for made boxes, whereas with folded boxes that need assembly, there are no restrictions.
Leather Key Fobs
These come in various shapes - square, finger, pear, big oblong and large square. Made of bonded leather
they can be foiled on one or both sides. Colours include black, white, blue, brown, red, burgundy, green and yellow.
2025 Diaries
These will be available from August 2024 onwards. The 3 sizes commonly used are pocket, A5 and A4 which are available
in day to view or week to view versions. Usually, the colours are black, dark blue and burgundy normally foiled in gold.
